Turning Singaporeans’
quiet job search anxieties into hope with e2i
e2i (Employment and Employability Institute), under NTUC, bridges workers and
employers through career guidance, training, and job matching.
Context: Sentiment towards A.I has caused rapid layoffs in the market - and as the year tapers towards a more cautious job climate - we wanted to showcase e2i as a simple conduit. An empathetic chaperone towards the concerns of the everyday Singaporeans through visualizing their inner everyday monologues surrounding job search anxiety, and helping to resolve them.
My role on the project was to visualise and sell a dynamic look and feel that grabs attention - actively consolidating feedback, crafting the visual treatment, sell-in, target segmentation, and initial discussions with directors on the project focused on connecting with Singaporeans, their concerns at this time and showcasing meaningful resolutions through e2i’s suite of product offerings in the films.
